To qualify for a property loan through our partnership with Isodoro Cooperative, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Active Membership: Be a registered member of the Isodoro Cooperative.
Savings Requirement: Maintain a minimum savings balance equivalent to 50% of the desired property loan amount.
Loan Purpose: The loan must be specifically used for renting or purchasing a property developed by Alpha techcity Limited.
