term of either 5 or 7 years, depending on your investment goals and risk tolerance.
5-Year Maturity: Investors who choose the 5-year term will receive their initial investment capital back
in full at the end of the 5th year, along with their share of any accumulated rental income, your rental
income can also be withdrawn annually or at maturity.
7-Year Maturity: Investors opting for the 7-year term can expect a potentially higher overall return. At
the end of the 7th year, you will receive your initial investment capital back in full, alongside your
accumulated rental income. Historically, the Nigerian real estate market has shown consistent growth,
